PARAHAWKING NEWS - September 2011
Well there goes another summer. It's hard to imagine that only 5 months ago we were wrapping up a successful season in Nepal, preparing for the birth of our son and planning to launch Parahawking in Spain. Time flies when you're having fun, Talo is now 5 months old, Parahawking in Spain has come to an end... for now at least and we're currently gearing up for another epic season in Nepal. But.. the BIG news is that we have finally released the long awaited new award winning Parahawking movie "Flight For Survival" which is now out on DVD. All the details for that are below.

FLIGHT FOR SURVIVAL DVD - OUT NOW!
THE NEW AWARD WINNING PARAHAWKING MOVIE
The long awaited much anticipated new "Parahawking" movie Flight For Survival is now available on DVD.
The film is essentially about the decline of Asia's vultures and how Parahawking is contributing to the conservation effort by promoting awareness, education and funds. It also follows us as we face some political problems and we struggle to rehabilitate a wild Steppe Eagle. It's an emotional journey of highs and lows but above all an honest account of our life in Nepal whilst we strive to find ways to promote Vulture conservation.
The film which was written, produced and directed by ourselves (Scott Mason, Martin Cray and Andi Campbell-Waite) has taken the best part of two years to put together. It has already received an award for it's conservation message at the Missoulla Wildlife Film Festival and has recently been selceted as a finalist at the famous Coup Icare Free Flight festival in St Hiliare, France.
We will be donating £1 from the sale of EVERY DVD to the ongoing development of the Pokhara Vulture Safe Zone project that Parahawking has been supporting over the last couple of years.
