PARAHAWKING NEWS - June 2011

At 10.20 am on the 10th April 2011 in Bangkok our life as we know it changed forever. No, Kevin didn't fly away to pastures new, Anita and I had a little baby boy named Talo. This was the icing on the cake that rounded off a great Parahawking season in Nepal, maybe even one of the best yet. With Talo already expressing an interest in birds, the future of Parahawking is in safe hands.

Parahawking continues to gain popularity amongst the tourists in Nepal, once again we took hundreds of passengers on Parahawking tandem flights raising several thousand dollars for Vulture Conservation projects in Nepal. That's what it's all about!

A huge thanks to all of our passengers.

PARAHAWKING - THE BLOG

I've tried this several times before but failed to keep it up. This time however it's different, with Parahawking operating pretty much all year round now there will be plenty to write about. So far so good, I've managed about 7 entries in the last 2 weeks, not bad for someone who struggles to write email replies.

NEW PARAHAWKING MOVIE - FLIGHT FOR SURVIVAL

It's been over a year now since we filmed "Flight For Survival" and we really appreciate your patience while you wait for it's release. We have been working towards getting the movie broadcast which is why we have been unable to release a DVD. Well, we finally have some good news, it looks like it has been picked up by some networks, more details of that to come. But this also means we can finally release the DVD. I'm just putting the final touches to it now thanks to Nick and Envy Digital so the finished product could be on your shelves this summer.
