Handle and fly a magnificent bird of prey
Summary:From our beautiful home on the banks of Lake Fewa you can get up close and personal with some of Nepal's native birds of prey. Learn the basic fundamentals of handling and training a bird of prey and how to make and use the equipment which has been used for hundreds of years. You'll then get the chance to exercise our birds out in the flying field, you'll gently cast our birds away then call them back to land on your gloved hand for a reward. All ages welcome. Perfect if you're looking for something to fill a morning in Pokhara plus it's a great opportunity to get some memorable photographs. A breathtaking experience and a first in Nepal! Note: Scott Mason is an internationally recognised and award winning bird trainer with over 30 years experience.
